'The Marvels of Man'
The Marvels of Man is an exciting audio-visual trip around the world to see some of the greatest building and architectural achievements of man over the past 5000 years.
You will take the trip with a young girl named Eleanor Scott, who has been taught to fly a small aeroplane called a 'Tiger Moth' by her grandfather Frederick (who everyone nicknamed 'Fuzzy'). On her 21st birthday Fuzzy gave her his old and faithful plane that he calls "Merlin". At the same time he set her a quest, which was to fly the little plane around the world following the same path that he had travelled many years earlier. But he was very clever, and before she went from one place to the next she has to solve a set of clues that were written in his travelogue and "cluebook". With the assistance of Merlin's on-board computer, you will travel with her on this wonderful journey to see these fascinating places. You will be given a passport and from there it is up to you to solve the clues and move from place to place. You will then be able to see videos and sing songs about that place and play with all the 'bits & pieces' in Eleanor's scrapbook.
